The Role
Venture Connect are looking for experienced, skilled and passionate Recruitment professionals in order to support the wider Recruitment and Human Resources function. This role requires regular stakeholder management at all levels - both internal and external. Previous recruitment experience isn't required and full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of the wider team to ensure a full recruitment service to the firm
- Undertaking all recruitment administration in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Full administration of recruitment database, including initial record input and further maintenance
- Supporting the onboarding process from recruitment to employment
- Creating adverts and posting on job sites and social media platforms
- Recruitment agency liaison when required
