**Scope and Responsibilities**

1. To assist the Senior Streetscape Officer (SSO) and support with electronic delivery of all Streetscape administrative functions, including but not exclusive: Trade waste, Fly tipping, Bin deliveries, Green Waste service, bulky waste, Car parking, Grounds maintenance, Street cleaning, Street name plates and Cesspools.

3. To assist under the direction of SSO on the delivery of the Licensing service.

**Principal Responsibilities**

2. Under the direction of SSO administer trade waste process and other paid service functions.

3. Raise requisitions, orders, credit income notifications and process invoices and utility bills as appropriate.

5. Maintain, input and extraction of data from the various computer software systems to provide consolidated information, spreadsheets, registers, and statistical information, including uploading/sending data to external organisations.

6. Liase with Managers within Streetscape and Environmental Health in order to assist in delivering the best possible service.

7. Liase with colleagues in the team for arranging MOT tests for licence holders and other licencing related processes..

**CRITERIA**

**INDICATED E (ESSENTIAL) OR D (DESIRABLE)**

Experience of providing excellent customer service.

Experience of carrying out the administrative processes of Streetscape service functions including parking enforcement, street cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste & recycling and facilities management, fly tipping.

Experience of working in a licensing environment.

Ability to plan personal workloads and priorities in order to effectively meet priorities.

Relevant information technology skills, including Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Experience of using systems to process payments, orders and invoices.

Good written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate and correspond clearly with staff, members and customers.

Experience of dealing with enquiries and request for services.

Experience of maintaining and updating documentation with accuracy.

Ability to accept new ways of working and look for areas of continuous improvement.

Previous local government experience.

Literate and numerate.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
