We are looking for a fully qualified, enthusiastic and reliable Food Safety Officer to join our small but busy commercial team. The post involves inspection of commercial premises under the relevant environmental health legislation, food sampling, investigation of infectious diseases within the community and ideally you will also hold an appropriate qualification in health and safety.

You must be competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams and be an excellent communicator at all levels. Knowledge of the Idox (Tascomi) Management Information System is desirable.

You will be required to work out of hours on occasions, therefore flexibility around working hours is essential, as is a full driving licence and use of a car for work.
