Here at Content Guru we are continuously growing and as part of this growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Administrator to join the team. Based in our Bracknell head office this role will service the travel requirements for our global colleguaes.

As Travel Administrator for the Content Guru group you will be responsible for;
- Securing optimal flight and hotel booking reservations for the group organisation (including booking of executive travel) including assessing alternative quotes for flights/accommodation
- Working with internal processes to ensure efficient signoff of travel expenditure to maintain the most cost effective travel.
- Obtaining any necessary travel visas (working with an external visa agency to do this)
- Ensuring compliance with Group travel policy and producing analysis and reports on this
- Working with Finance team in the administration of Travel and Expenditure claims and reimbursements
- Working with the wider procurement team to assess options regarding travel buying including any necessary changes to internal policy, selection of preferred travel vendors/supplier etc
- Working with the administration team to ensure all travel schedules are communicated to the relevant parties.

Reporting into the Head of Procurement this role will be a high profile role within the organisation requiring both excellent administration and organisation skills combined with good communication and networking skills. Prior involvement in the buying of business related travel is essential for this role.

Your daily dutis will include:

- Efficient day to day management of all Flight/Hotel/Visa requests across the business
- Assisting the company to optimise business travel and expenditure costs through intelligent travel buying, implementation of robust procurement processes and internal policies
- Implementing insightful reporting on travel spend
- Implementing timely changes to travel policy and processes as the business continues to grow
- Content Guru operates a centralised travel buying policy - with this role being the only individual with authority to purchase Flight/Hotel/Visa for the organisation. For this reason it is essential that the individual has excellent administration and organisation skills combined with good communication skills
- For key travel purchase it will be expected that the Travel Administrator will obtain quotes from several different suppliers to ensure optimal value for money
- Ensuring efficient buying and administration of travel through the building of strong and robust relationships with key travel suppliers and also travel requestors (incl. executive management)
- Ensuring all requested travel complies with Company travel policy (including for example appropriate internal approval). Working with Head of Procurement and CFO/CEO regarding exceptions to policy.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance with such policies
- Implementing training, as required, to ensure understanding and compliance with travel policy
- Reviewing travel related requests and assessing ways to either improve the process/policy or obtain better value for money
- Reviewing historic travel spend and assessing procurement related activities to improve process or price (for example review and selection of preferred travel vendors or suppliers)
- Working with the wider Finance organisation to process travel and expenditure costs incurred by staff members
