- General office maintenance, booking contractors when required
- Support the management team with managing agendas, travel arrangements etc.
- Process invoices and employee expenses
- Manage stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit reports and prepare presentations/proposals when required
- Organising events and conferences
- Manage the Reception, meeting rooms and kitchen area, ensuring they are in order and presentable at all times
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
