Brilliant opportunity for experienced Facilities Manager to join fast growing London based property company. You’ll be managing a portfolio of commercial buildings on behalf of a small group of clients. The portfolio includes multi-tenanted and some flagshipbuildings, all in Central London.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing building related compliance, maintenance and upkeep of assets, overseeing and supervising maintenance contracts, involved with inspections of hard services including electrical installations, lighting systems,HVAC, hot and cold water systems etc. Also liaising with and supervising specialist sub-contractors.

To be successful for this role you’ll need proven experience as a facilities manager and be well-versed in technical and facilities best practice, have sound health & safety knowledge, excellent organisational skills and be skilled in anticipating and diagnosingfaults to a range of plant and machinery. Ideally a graduate (or similar) with relevant professional qualification and a proven track record in the facilities management sector.
