KM4 Recruitment Group are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager.

As the Facilities Manager for a multi-site business you will be required to work between sites based in London and the surrounding counties. A full-time onsite presence is required for the duration of the project and beyond. As you may expect, there willbe limited opportunities to work from home.

**Daily responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Supervision of all staff and external contractors
- Allocation of office space to comply with company needs
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning
- Ensure that buildings and grounds are clean and safe from emergencies
- Checking for signs of natural environmental damage and requesting remedial works
- Management and negotiation of company agreed service contracts
- Review utilities consumption
- Creation and maintenance of both financial and non-financial records
- Performing analysis of historical data and future forecasting
- Reviewing best practice and adjusting current processes and plans in real time
- Preparation of premises for events and change in general working needs

**Key Skills**:

- Previous FM experience with either soft or hard expertise
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Extremely well organised
- Effective stakeholder management skills with strong leadership abilities
- Efficiency awareness and continuous improvement
- Budget management
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and in deadline driven environments
- Constantly think about prevention
- Legal compliance awareness and ownership
- Business Continuity Planning
