Do you enjoy working in a varied role in a fast-paced office environment as part of a small closely-knit team? Brasenose College has an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Adviser who is passionate about HR and employee engagement. This role is a key part our HR team which provides support for around 250 College staff all year-round, including term-time and vacations.

This role would suit a committed, personable HR professional, with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to quickly establish good working relationships and a desire to deliver a friendly and professional HR service. You need to be flexible and able to respond positively to changing priorities.

In return, the College offers an opportunity to work amidst beautiful buildings within a historic setting in the heart of Oxford, as well as the chance to become integrated (and contribute in a positive way) to a vibrant College community comprising staff, students, academics and conference guests.

Prior experience in a Generalist HR Advisor role is essential (including all aspects of recruitment).

The appointment will be made on University Grade 6 scale (£30,502 -£36,386 pa) depending on experience.
