An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Neurophysiology Department for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Administration Assistant/ATO.

You will have opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into the provision of education and development within the NHS.

Working as part of a team you will gain experience in a range of different communication techniques with a wide range of internal/external personnel.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours a week, although we could consider a job share for the right applicants

To fulfil all reception, clerical and ATO duties of the Neurophysiology department, including efficient management of all waiting lists, booking appointments, liaising with various locum shifts from visiting locums and consultants

You will be required to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and courteously with a wide range of internal/external personnel
