**Full Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.

**Key Duties**:

- Preparation and issue of customer quotes and invoices
- Supplier Management of orders, deliveries, returns and invoices.

**As our Administration Assistant, it is essential that you have**:

- A polite, professional, and courteous approach to dealing with customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
- Experience working in a similar role within role would be advantageous but is not essential.

**Hours**:9am-5pm Monday to Friday
