Administrative Assistant, Infant Feeding

**Secondment/ Fixed term for 12 months due to funding**A secondment/ fixed term vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Infant Feeding Coordinators within Women & Children’s Services. Based mainly in Falkirk Community Hospital there is an expectation will be some occasions. The post holder will assist the Infant Feeding Coordinators progress the work towards achievement of the Baby Friendly Initiative and related activities and will be for a maximum of 12 months starting in April 2023.
You will bring a range of administrative experience and be able to demonstrate a wide range of relevant skills including working experience of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word and Teams. You will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to organise workload to meet the demands of the service along with excellent interpersonal skills as the post involves dealing with telephone enquiries from a wide range of people including patients.
