**Job Title**: Customer Research Specialist
**Salary**: £22,308 per year + Commission OTE £28k
**Hours**: Mon - Fri: 0900 - 1700

**Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Customer Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in gathering essential market intelligence by reaching out to businesses to verify their current communications and broadband setups. Your efforts will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth through insightful market data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm their current communications and broadband infrastructure.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather detailed information about their existing setup, including providers, package details, and any pain points.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and data collected in the designated database or CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for data collection and verification.
- Provide regular reports and updates on progress, highlighting key findings and insights.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
