**About the role**:
Do you have a can-do attitude and good attention to detail? Then we would like to hear from you. We are looking a energetic individual that can join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer, to carry out tenancy management on our estates, regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure that accurate records are maintained, and actions are taken to deal with issues.
**Role Purpose**:
- To carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues.
- To manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets
- Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- Ensure that IT systems are regularly updated and effective manual record systems are maintained.
- To build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion
- To attend and represent A2Dominion at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums and evictions
- Ensure that the tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
**More about you**:
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and community groups
- Knowledge of housing law and housing management issues, welfare benefits and financial inclusion
- Experience of problem solving for customers and understanding customer need
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and ExceL
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
