Administrative Assistant

We are a growing design, build and reactive maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.
A fantastic opportunity is available for a FTC Administration Assistant to join our friendly team based at our Head Office at Doncaster. Reporting directly to our Office Manager and working in collaboration with our project coordinators you will be providing valuable day to day administrative support for a busy and organised team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build on existing knowledge in an interesting and varied role.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well unsupervised and as part of a team.
**Ta**sks and **Responsibilities**:
- Putting projects on to Eque2 from Project Portal
- Raising orders on Eque2 for coordinators
- Ordering Ironmongery/lighting/bric a brac/materials etc
- Ordering links from designers/QS/Project Managers and site managers where needed.
- Checking statements on Sage
- Assisting with sourcing new suppliers
- Managing site clothing including ordering and issuing site clothing when needed
- General office duties as needed including but not limited to printing plans and documents, giving out order numbers.
- O & M Manuals create and issue
- Supporting the Project Coordinators during busy periods including the issuing of purchase orders
- Overseeing branding and set up of sites.
- Booking hotels for site managers & lads on site.
- Checking deliveries when they arrive and add to schedule information and put into bays on the back.
- Signing invoices off and adding to system for Project coordinators.
- Manging spreadsheets for hotels/hire/new suppliers etc
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Proactive and motivated individual with excellent time keeping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of IT including Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years experience in office administration
**Package and perks**
The salary for this position is up to £20,000 per annum dependant on experience. This position benefits from 20 days per year, plus bank holidays and receives paid leave while the business is closed over the festive period.
