You will lead a team of Care workers and take a prominent and proactive role within the Company. You and your team will be responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of the people we care for. You will also be responsible for the doing assessments, completion of person-centred care plans and the necessary risk assessments to ensure we are delivering a high standard of care - personalized to each person and managing the Rota. You will be doing audits e.g. spot checks. Able to woking with staff and monitor perfomance.

You must be an enthusiastic, caring and reliable individual who will be passionate about what we do.

**Salary**: From £31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
