As the Recruitment/HR Coordinator, you will support the Recruitment and HR department with all recruitment and onboarding procedures, including advertising, setting up interviews and processing reference checks and issuing electronic documentation. You will provide fast paced administrative support, with the opportunity to work on various Recruitment and HR related projects.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Draft and post job adverts on a variety of media including company website, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Shortlist and review CVs and advise Hiring Managers on selection criteria.
- Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews and use assessment tools
- Ensure smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the on-boarding of new employee.
- Manage the Employee Referral Programme.
- Promote Arjo as an employer of choice on LinkedIn.
- Complete salary benchmarking where required working with Global reward team.
- Administer and maintain the e-Recruitment system.
- Maintain recruitment records and files.
- Report on recruitment activities to Recruitment Manager or relevant HRBP.
- Responsible for post in HR Coordinator absence
- Updating systems and updating HR tracker when needed for adhoc cover
- HR filing/e-filing
- Responsibility for sending on-boarding gifts on a weekly basis
- Involved in referencing for new starters
- Be involved in and contribute to the Wellbeing programme
- Cover for Senior HR Coordinator and HR Response inbox
- Support with Recruitment and HR projects
- Manage the employee Lifeworks perks app benefit
- Support with the running of the Wellbeing Committee

**Essential Skills or Experience**:

- Previous experience working within an HR environment as an established and successful recruiter.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or similar - preferred
- Agency recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of shortlisting CVs is essential.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice nad support in relation to forthcoming vacancies.
- Proven ability to demonstrate knowledge across the end ot end recruitment spectrum.
- Social Networking knowledge and experience - essential.
- Experience with recruitment compliance and DBS - essential.
- Employer branding and sourcing strategies experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Competency based interview skills.
- Experience in telephone interviews
