**APPRAISAL ADMINISRATOR**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Appraisal Admin to join a leading medical membership organisation

This role is crucial in supporting the Revalidation Team and federation members throughout their appraisals. The primary purpose of this role includes having a sufficient understanding of the appraisal system, assisting members with form completion, and ensuring compliance with specific requirements.

**APPRAISAL ADMINISRATOR ROLE**:

- Providing clear and accurate information about the appraisal processes
- Addressing questions regarding documentation and appraisal & revalidation requirements
- Regularly updating member records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records relating to the individual member
- Collaborating with the Revalidation Team to obtain necessary information to resolve discrepancies in member records
- Assisting new members in the login process and troubleshooting any login-related issues
- Offering clear instructions on where to find key specific guidance on the website, so members can easily navigate and access this to support them in their appraisal and revalidation
- Providing a step-by-step guide on how to navigate their appraisal form, how to upload documentation, and complete their appraisal
- Chasing members in outstanding areas by sending reminders about impending deadlines for their appraisals
- Issuing timely reminders for invoice payments and tracking outstanding payments from members
- Effectively communicating with members conveying the importance of meeting deadlines and fulfilling documentation requirements
- Systematically feeding back relevant information to the Revalidation team, including updating them on the status of ongoing members to contribute to a coordinated effort within the team

**APPRAISAL ADMINISRATOR ESSENTIALS**:

- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Minimum1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
