We are seeking a friendly and exceptionally well organised person with excellent IT and communication skills to work in the Medical HR Team across the newly formed partnership for Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust and Barnet, Enfield and Haringey to support the revalidation process for doctors across both Trusts.

The post holder must be able to work as part of a team and be professional and flexible in their approach to their work. They will be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels and remain calm when working under pressure. The ability to use software and spreadsheets with accuracy is absolutely essential and knowledge and experience of revalidation systems and processes for medical staff is highly desirable.
- Contribute to high quality revalidation and appraisal systems and provide an efficient support service to the Medical Directors and Clinical Directors to provide support and guidance to clinical colleagues
- Work as part of a team and be flexible in their approach to their work on medical revalidation;
- Input and extract data via relevant software and Excel spreadsheets, or other source of data, and the Datixweb software or other software as required and provide information, for example, for reports, dashboards and trajectories
- Compile annual and quarterly board reports and any other data needed.
- Use the e-appraisal system and e-job planning system to increase levels of attainment.
- Develop complaints and incidents reports for all ESHT employed medical, nursing and midwifery staff using software programmes such as Datixweb
