**Position Summary**:
As HR Generalist at Diaceutics, you will provide generalist HR support for our team working towards our Corporate Strategy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The role of an HR Generalist is diverse, especially as our team works across Europe, US and Asia. Key responsibilities include:

- Analysing data to identify and assist in solving HR-related matters.
- Acting as a point of contact for leaders and employees, answering HR queries.
- Working closely with Head of Department supporting roll out of initiatives and change management.

Provide support or manage where applicable on all HR activities including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, absence management, performance management, development of policies & procedures, visa management disciplinary actions and grievances, and organisational change.
- Coordinate, process and maintain people changes including contract amendments, offboarding process etc.
- Support professional development activities including PMF, individual development plans, and Learning, Training and Development.

Design, develop and introduce engagement initiatives.

Assist with any other tasks or projects as and when may be necessary

**Initiative and Independence**: Develop and implement concepts and ideas that may impact the future performance of Diaceutics.

**Knowledge and Specialist Skills**:
**Education** - BSc Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Related Field

**Experience** - 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist and/or Generalist role

Proven experience within an HR role, with exposure to working across a range of different countries
- Competence in HR functional areas (i.e. employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employment laws and learning and development).
- Solid process-driven administration skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fluid, high growth environment
- Ability to work independently but still a team player.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- Computer and software Knowledge and Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user Excel and PowerPoint.

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience working in an international organisation with different employment laws.
