The Opportunity

We're seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to play a critical role in our hiring and onboarding processes. This role will expose you to broader talent initiatives and help you gain foundational experience in human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone interview screens and schedule interviews
  • Effectively liaise with candidates, internal stakeholders, external partners, and team members
  • Manage contractor management, vendor management, contractor onboarding and offboarding, and accurate data management
  • Maintain talent acquisition data and documentation, providing regular reporting updates
  • Build relationships with universities and lead initiatives for cultivating early career talent
  • Manage the firm's internship program
  • Build relationships with DEIB and community partners to create a diverse and inclusive employee experience
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Manage the firm's internal mobility program

Requirements:

  • Degree in human resources management, business management, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in human resources
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Self-motivated and able to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and persuasive communicator
  • Demonstrable questioning and listening skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
