**Scheduler / Contract Administrator - Weston**

Scheduler / Contract Administrator required for a fast-paced Repairs & Maintenance company collating and planning works for our Housing Association client base.

You will join an excellent, hardworking team in our Weston-Super-Mare office supporting them with Administration duties including but not limited too; purchase orders, live jobs and reporting to clients whilst supporting with planning, loading and completing works on our system for our engineers to carry out services in our client’s homes. Some invoicing and quoting required. Administration experience is essential, ideally in this sector

Appointments are booked via the phone, so an excellent phone manner and customer service skills are required, ability to problem solve and deal with issues as they arise. Good geographic knowledge of post code areas is essential to plan routes. You must have good IT skills, able to learn our systems, be hard working and responsible.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
