**Marketing and Social Media Administrator**

Low Carbon Exchange Ltd is a leading renewables contractor based in Weston Super Mare, with a mission to reduce fuel poverty. We are PAS 2035 accredited and work solely in the renewable energy technology and building fabric sector. Our main objective is to help housing associations and local authorities to decarbonise their housing stock and reach their Net Zero targets. We install and maintain renewable technologies and improve the energy efficiency of homes by upgrading their building fabric. The social housing sector demands strict criteria of their contractors of which we have to bid for their existing and future business.

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing and Social Media administrator to support our Business development division with the growth strategy of the company.

**Main duties will included, but not limited to**:

- Update posts to include relevant keywords to maximise the search results.
- Oversee the performance of social media campaigns and make recommendations on areas for optimisation.
- Creating social media and blog posts in line with our social media strategy / using Canva or similar software.
- Preparing and creating written editorial content for inclusion in case studies, brochures, marketing materials, event invites and client hand-outs
- Explore ways to engage new social networks/contacts by inviting connections.
- Assist with updating the company website with new content.
- Liaise with business manager around changes.
- Assisting in any other admin tasks needed to support the National Business Development Manager.

**Required Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Prior experience in marketing or social media.
- Analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A Degree in communication, marketing, or social media would be advantageous but not required.

**Hours and the location of work**:
We offer this as a full time role from our Weston-Super-Mare office.

Salary is circa £24,000 to £29,000 dependant on experience.

25 days holiday + bank holidays.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
