Job responsibilities include:

- Assisting with Site Operations.
- Update SharePoint with current documents, certificates, policies & procedures.
- Perform various admin duties such as scanning, filling and data input.
- Document Control.
- Ad Hoc Admin duties such as typing/minutes etc

Person Specification:

- Result Driven and the ability to plan, organise and work independently.
- Highly self-motivated and ability to use initiative, when necessary.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, & Excel.

This position will suit an experienced site administrator or a contracts coordinator looking for their next role.

Driving License is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,210.00-£33,278.00 per year
