**Maintenance Scheduler in Cambridge**

**This role is an additional vacancy due to growth.**

**Hours & Salary**:

- £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own transport due to site location.

***Role and Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management**: Leverage your industry experience to effectively manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, handling incoming inquiries and providing specialized support to clients and engineers.
- **Project Coordination**: Utilize your construction, utilities, or civil engineering knowledge to liaise with engineers and contractors, efficiently scheduling maintenance tasks and adhering to project timelines.
- **Financial Transactions**: Facilitate the smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices, ensuring financial accuracy in line with industry-specific requirements.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize your analytical mindset and understanding of construction, utilities, or civil engineering projects to interpret data, generating valuable insights to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
