**Role Summary**:
To provide efficient administrative support to the HR Director & Policy Director.

**Scope of Role**:

- Assist with day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties
- Undertaking administrative duties supporting various HR processes
- Compile and maintain employee records
- Responsible for starters and leavers process
- Co-ordinating new starter induction plans
- Undertaking duties to support the recruitment and selection function including arranging interviews
- Assist with the organisation of company events and incentives
- Assist Policy Director with the production of internal newsletters
- Support with editorial activities for external communication content
- Assist with day-to-day administrative communications duties
- Daily monitoring of UK news agenda to identify relevant news stories or communications opportunities

**This role requires flexibility and completion of other duties may be required at the discretion of the Management Team**

- Interest in UK retirement finance and politics **(D)**

**Working Environment & Hours**
- Based in Doncaster
- Monday to Friday 0900-1730
- 24 days annual leave
