We help our clients not only to get the most out of their IT systems, but also to work in the most efficient and productive way through training, support and well-designed processes.

Our clients range in size from 5 and 500 people and come from many different business sectors, bringing a stimulating variety of requirements for us to meet.

Although a small company, we are highly skilled and well established, having traded for over 20 years. We’re currently embarking on a period of steady growth and looking for the next member to join our team in South East London.

As a company, our day-to-day work includes providing technical support, data report writing, training, software implementations, process design and broader consultancy/project work aimed at allowing customers to get the most out of their systems. We work with our clients remotely and on site.

Whilst Sage accounts software is generally at the heart of these services, each client project brings its own unique challenges, so our consultants require a wide range of skills and experiences to draw upon to meet our customers’ needs.

We’re a small team where each person’s contribution matters from the outset.

**About the Role**
- This Trainee role assumes no prior experience of Sage accounts software and would provide all the training and support you need to develop these skills.
- The core objectives of this role are to support the business internally by assisting with accounts and project administration, to help maintain customer relationships and service levels, and to become a primary point of contact in a first line technical support capacity for our Sage clients.
- Initially you’ll be hands on with accounts, become skilled with Sage accounts software, and develop advanced skills in Excel, SQL Server and other reporting tools.
- You will also become responsible for managing various internal procedures, letting you learn what makes processes work or fail.

This is a full time position located in the up-and-coming Royal Arsenal area of Woolwich, London. Our office is a short walk from the Elizabeth Line station, and within easy reach of the Thames path, Woolwich Works cultural hub, various gyms, yoga/pilates studios, pop-up food stalls and pubs/cafes.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Bright graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 and 128 UCAS points (320 on old tariff) and with a minimum of a year’s relevant full time employment
- We’re interested in people who are analytical and good at problem solving, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, looking to embark on a career in systems support and consultancy with us.
- You will need to share our enthusiasm for helping businesses work efficiently and effectively through improved processes; to be motivated by finding the optimal solutions to problems and providing an excellent level of customer service.
- We need someone able to quickly take on internal accounts tasks and first line support - this requires either a minimum of a year’s experience handling all types of accounts data entry, or to have completed the first year of a professional accountancy qualification, or equivalent experience and knowledge
