In the capacity of a Soft Services Workplace Coordinator, your role is focused on establishing an effective management framework to coordinate activities related to security, concierge, and cleaning services. This dynamic function also involves providing support to the placemakers responsible for these essential services.

Your responsibilities as the Soft Services Workplace Coordinator are multifaceted, serving both the Security and Cleaning teams during these hours. These responsibilities include reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, RAM, COSHH Assessments, and Assignment Instructions for the Telford Sites. Additionally, you will strategize, coordinate, and execute security services on-site, including resource allocation and management for the security team, including concierge services.

Managing daily payroll matters, overseeing the site access system, and ensuring timely issuance of passes following established protocols are integral aspects of your role.

You will also conduct routine spot checks to verify the completion of site duties and patrols in accordance with requirements. Taking the lead in the preliminary investigation and assessment of security-related incidents, including appropriate escalation procedures and comprehensive reporting, further demonstrates your role's significance.

A central goal of this role is team strengthening and development, aimed at minimising occurrences of 'dropped shifts.' In addition, you will conduct monthly cleaning audits in collaboration with our client and implement strategic training plans to continuously enhance service quality.

This is a full-time commitment requiring 40 hours per week, typically scheduled between 08:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is a key component of this role, accommodating potential early or late shifts when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate activities related to security, concierge, and cleaning services, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, RAM, COSHH Assessments, and Assignment Instructions for the Telford Sites, ensuring adherence to established protocols
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of security services onsite, including rostering, resource allocation, and maintenance of the security resource pool, including the concierge team
- Manage daily arbitration of payroll matters, oversee the site access system, and ensure accurate and timely production of passes according to established guidelines
- Conduct regular spot checks to verify the completion of site duties and patrols, ensuring adherence to prescribed standards and protocols
- Take the lead in triaging and conducting initial investigations of security-related incidents, implementing appropriate escalation procedures and comprehensive reporting
- Prioritise the strengthening and development of the team to minimise occurrences of 'dropped shifts.' Additionally, conduct monthly cleaning audits in collaboration with the client and implement training plans to enhance service quality continually
