**Job Title**: Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator

**Position**: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000 pa plus monthly bonus (up to £24,000 pa after bonuses)

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5.00pm

**The Role**:
**The following responsibilities will be assigned to you as part of this position**:

- Verifying the price of suppliers' invoices and matching them
- The entry of invoices into the purchase ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and monthly payment runs
- Managing the credit claims of suppliers
- The maintenance of a small sales ledger
- Assist with the reconciliation of credit card statements
- Support for the department on an ad hoc basis

**Essential Skills**:

- Good organisational skills is a must, as you will be required to prioritise your workload and meet set deadlines.
- Attention to detail is also a crucial skill for this role, as you will be expected to produce accurate work with a high level of precision.

By possessing these essential skills, you will be well-equipped to succeed in the position and make a valuable contribution to your team.

A DBS disclosure will be required for this position (for which Ableworld will meet the cost)
