**The Role**:
We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator to join our finance team based at Head Office in Nantwich, Cheshire.

The role will be predominantly based around Purchase Ledger work, where the successful applicant will assist in all aspects of processing both stock and expense documentation. This will include, price checking, invoice to delivery note matching, invoice entry, statement reconciliations and credit claim processing.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Price checking and matching supplier invoices
- Inputting invoices into the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations and monthly payment runs
- Managing supplier credit claims
- Maintaining the small sales ledger
- Assist with Credit card Statement Reconciliation
- Ad hoc support of the department

**Essential Skills, you should**:

- Be computer literate, knowledge of SAP Business One and Excel would be desirable but not essential (training will be given)
- Have good organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload and meet set deadlines
- Have attention to detail

A DBS disclosure will be required for this position (for which Ableworld will meet the cost)
