We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join Lipa Care Limited, a dynamic care-at-home organisation based in Whitchurch and Nantwich. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function for our two current operations, overseeing the cashbook, petty cash, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and payroll;
  • Review and improve day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  • Maintain a Fixed Asset Register, including records of additions, disposals, and depreciation, and reconcile it monthly to the nominal ledger accounts;
  • Produce monthly management accounting packs and oversee the timely delivery of weekly financial KPI information;
  • Support the annual audit process and provide analysis for business planning, budgeting, and forecasting;

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
