**Salary**: Starting from £20,000 pa (plus company bonus scheme, circa £24,000 + pa) dependent on experience
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5.30pm
**Location**: Head Office at Stapeley, Nantwich Cheshire CW5 7JW

**The Role**:
Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator within our Finance Department.
The role will be predominantly based around Purchase Ledger tasks, where the successful applicant will assist in all aspects of processing both stock and expense suppliers. This will include, price checking and invoice matching, invoice entry, statement reconciliations and credit claim processing.
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
- Price checking and matching supplier invoices
- Inputting invoices into the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations and monthly payment runs
- Managing supplier credit claims
- Maintaining the small sales ledger
- Credit Card Statement Reconciliation
- Ad hoc support of the department
**Essential Skills, you should**:
- Be computer literate, knowledge of SAP and Excel would be desirable but training will be given
- Have good organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload and meet set deadlines
- Have attention to detail
