Executive Assistant to Director

Duties:

- Assist with managing all aspects of the organisation's operations and procedures
- Work with the director to develop and implement plans to achieve organisational goals
- Provide HR assistance to Director, Managers and staff
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies for clients

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft packages for document creation, collaboration, and communication
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with any accounting software or CRMs a plus but not essential
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and staff

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
