**Position Overview**:
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer support. You will play a vital role in maintaining high service standards, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints;
- Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments;
- Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided;
- Plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or similar role in the eCommerce domain.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing innovative solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

**Experience**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has more than 2 years’ experience working as a Customer Service Supervisor within eCommerce or any other industry.
