We are currently building up a new CRM team to support our commercial customers with relevant communication leveraging customer data.

This exciting position willfocus on getting our data ready to support customer centric marketing. You will support the approach across the European market and become part of a global team, with the ambition to deliver a world class customer experience in conjunction with efficient, relevant and targeted marketing activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in segmentation and analytics, with experience in customer centric digital marketing and marketing automation preferred.
- Understanding of data models and strategy, and experience in managing customer data, including GDPR requirements as a business stakeholder.
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports to track funnel conversion and KPIs across channel including media and digital marketing.
- Understanding of IT architecture, systems and processes and able to develop data driven process flows.
- Self-starter, with record of taking responsibility for key assignments, collaboratingand delivering results cross functionally. Ready to take on the mission to build great customer experiences for Ford Pro´s commercial customers.
