- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, parents, and students with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
- Telephone Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring to the appropriate departments, and providing information as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments for parents, teachers, and other school staff.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and timely information about school policies, events, and activities to visitors and callers.

Qualifications:

- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
