**Our approach to flexible working**

We care about work that works, whether that’s about where you work or adjusting your hours to fit better with your life. Our flexible working practices, including our hybrid working model where you can split your working time between the office and your home, support our belief that this balance brings long-lasting benefits for our business as well as ensuring that our people can balance successful careers with their commitments and interests outside of work. So that you can love where you work, please discuss what works for you with your recruiter during the hiring process.

**Accepting you, for you.**

We want you to feel accepted for who you are and to feel safe, valued and to help us build a culture of true belonging. **Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for an integral role within our UK&I Internal Communications & Engagement Team. The **Deputy Head of Internal Communications **role is pivotal to driving forward our key strategic priorities.

You will lead the strategic campaign and story-telling activity across the UK&I channel mix to ensure key messages are aligned to our UK&I goals. Working closely with the Campaign & Media Manager and the Content & Channel Manager you’ll drive understanding and engagement for all UK&I colleagues, consulting with key stakeholder groups to advise on the best communications approach. You will also develop tailored communications to support our people leaders in the delivery of strategic messages through a bespoke channel mix.

You’ll also take ownership for the development of a cross UK&I internal communications plan, in support of our change programmes. As a leading member of these Project teams, you’ll will provide strategic advice to the programme team and pro-actively lead the people change programme - ensuring there is one collective vision for our people strategy to gain competitive advantage through technology.

This is an exceptional role for a talented individual with an Internal Communications background to play a key part in our business transformation

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for someone with proven business partnering capability who demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and strong analytical skills

You’ll exercise a natural curiosity and question the status quo to understand and also focus on the ‘bigger picture’. Furthermore, you’ll take separate projects and create a narrative that connects them.

To excel in this role, you’ll have a strong planning, analytical and strategy formulation background, that supports the delivery of focused outcomes.

Everyone has different experience, and so please don’t rule yourself out if you cannot ‘tick’ all of the qualities mentioned above. Talk to us about the experience that you do have.

Additional Information
**Why choose us?**

Our colleagues’ health and wellbeing are a top priority for us, that’s why our reward, benefits and wellbeing programmes are designed so you can come to work feeling your very best self. Our benefits focus on health, money, and lifestyle so you can tailor your benefits to your own personal needs. Whether it’s your physical and mental wellness, getting to work or preparing for the next big milestone in your life, we have a range of flexible options to have you covered
