**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As our People & Culture Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of People & Culture to ensure the smooth running of the department and contribute to the overall success of the company. Our culture at Sleek is special and you will act as a champion and guardian to preserve, enhance and promote it.

With a focus on recruitment and people-related tasks, you’ll directly impact the employee experience of our current and future colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**RECRUITMENT**
- Help to build a pipeline of talent for identified and future vacancies (including nurturing talent pools)
- Support the administration of the end-to-end interview process for all levels
- Handle the end-to-end interview process for our junior roles
- Prepare employment offers and contracts
- Raise POs and help with recruitment financial processes
- Help to ensure a smooth onboarding for all colleagues, including the scheduling of induction meetings and seeing through onboarding checklists

**PEOPLE INITIATIVES**
- Take responsibility for recognition of colleague birthdays and employment milestones
- Prepare ‘one pagers’ summarising newly introduced initiatives for colleague awareness
- Support the head of People & Culture on strategic people initiatives as and when required
- Keeping up to date with modern people practice and bringing ideas forward for discussion

**PEOPLE OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS**
- Ensure colleague HR records are up to date, using CharlieHR and employee files on our Google Drive.
- Manage the administration of company benefits and colleague redemption
- Upholding our company principles and policies, helping to colleagues observe and act responsibly towards them
- Offering ideas for company socials, activities and team bonding
- Promote our culture of ‘engaged, open feedback’
- Pull data and reports as and when required
- Escalate any employee relations issues as necessary to the head of People & Culture
- Assisting with colleague offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
