In a nutshell
Join us as a Lead - Virgin Red Joint Business, you will support the delivery of the new enhanced Joint Business partnership with Virgin Red (VR). Implementing and managing the ongoing Joint Business governance and working groups, this role will be responsible for ensuring that the Virgin Atlantic (VA) day-to-day operations of the Joint Business run smoothly with particular focus on Billing and the tracking Loyalty Service, Shared Service fees and deliverables.
With this exciting opportunity you will key conduit for the Joint Business supporting both VA and VR priorities by co-ordinating and resolving any systems, process or governance requirements. Day to day
- Run and coordinate Joint Business governance and workings as part of Joint Business core team, ensuring meetings are set up with clear agendas, supporting with preparation of materials and pre-reads.
- Support Senior Manager with coordination of Working Groups including terms of reference and objectives to ensure contractual obligations are met and any regulatory aspects are adhered to.
- Streamline VA operational delivery of Joint Business to ensure seamless execution, managing process for agreeing and tracking Loyalty Service and Shared Service fees and deliverables such as billing, partner flows and pricing logs.
- Ensure clear and timely communication and cascade of information between VA/VR - establish and implement processes to proactively anticipate and manage unforeseen events.
- Actively identify and co-ordinate resolution of any system, process or governance challenges.
- Support implementation of key Loyalty initiatives from the Flying Club Product Team with VR. Partner with product owners on ensuring requirements for new products are captured and aligned (e.g., voucher fulfilment changes, earn/spend on ancillaries).
- Support Virgin Atlantic implementation of new everyday partners developed by VR.
- Commit to personal development and provide support to team members as required to ensure wider understanding of the Joint Business framework and ways of working.
About you
- Proven experience working in large strategic complex partnerships and driving performance through data-driven analysis and insights.
- Experience supporting a diverse roadmap prioritising based on delivery effort and value.
- Demonstrable experience of managing internal and external relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in solution development and problem solving in a matrixed environment.
- Evidence of navigating complex stakeholder/governance situations and deliverables against targets.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, underpinned by impeccable attention to detail.
