OA are working with a client based in Biggleswade who are looking or a **Customer Service Administrator** to join their team. Our client is a world-class supplier of engineering material alloys & plastics.

- 9am - 5.30pm
- £23,000pa
Responsibilities for the **Customer Service Administrator**:
- Responding promptly to all service inquiries received within Central Operations, communicating through a range of functions to provide updated information and solutions.
- Proving operational support for the processing of information in relation to daily and weekly activities.
- Communicating and coordinating with external businesses and contractors as necessary.
- Liaising with Operational Personnel in the warehouse to ensure orders are processed to requests and providing updates; including customer facing collections.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a supportive customer service role.
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in information processing.
