**Salary**: £57,000+ Depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Project/programme delivery
- Lead business financial objectives for orders, sales, gross margin and cash
- Understand, analysis and maintain reporting packs to report project/programme performance for schedule, technical, financial, and quality objectives
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships maintaining regular communications and managing expectations
- Proactively manage emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the project/programme
- Continuous improvement and tailoring of procedures and guidelines for operation of the project/programme, ensuring adherence to the Operational Framework and LCM (Life Cycle Management) mandates.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to digest and exchange complex information
- Able to balance sometimes conflicting priorities and respond to tight timescales whilst keeping all stakeholders engaged
- A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Ability to influence a common team objective and drive towards its delivery
- Able to work innovatively with the functional teams and customer communities to ensure effective delivery of contractual outputs.

**Desirable**:

- Project Management qualification or equivalent

**The Business operations team**:
Working within the Replacement Aircraft Programme Team, your role entails overseeing the production and delivery of Typhoon major units to our valued German and Spanish clients. This involves managing a team responsible for both production and integrated logistic support (ILS), collaborating closely with other members of the team and interfacing with customers. You will report directly to the Programme Head and be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Replacement Aircraft Contract
