**What you’ll be doing**:

- Driving an effective and efficient monthly and quarterly Programme managerial analysis cycle
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Business Rhythm and leading a continuous improvement cycle in support of this
- Synthesising and analysing Programme wide operational and financial performance information
- Ensuring consistency is applied across all reporting activities and reviews, working with the function and delivery streams to implement standards and leading process confirmations
- Taking ownership for implementing a range of project management related improvement initiatives across the Programme
- Supporting Programme stage gate reviews
- Line management responsibility
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management across a complex programme scope of work

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essentials**:

- The ability to present data to varying level of stakeholders
- Able to identify and understand stakeholders’ requirements
- The ability to interpret and synthesise information
- A good communicator with the ability to establish working relationships and collaborate

**The Qatar Project Management Office team**:
The Qatar Project Management Office team are working on a large 10-year programme supporting the delivery of Typhoon and Hawk aircraft and providing support to the Qatar Emiri Air Force. This is a fast-paced team, where no two days are the same. You’ll support the full project lifecycle through production, delivery and ongoing support. The team are in a period of change and looking to make improvements on efficiencies and effectiveness, meaning you will have the chance to shape some of the role & create cross functional and leadership exposure
