SSS PM Integration Lead

Job title:

Location:
Warton - 3 days onsite

Salary: 52,084+ (depending on skills & experience)

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining and coordinating Contract team and Supplier performance integration
  • Representing the Contract team in programme and financial meetings/discussions
  • Customer facing engagement with Eurofighter on behalf of Typhoon Support
  • Support to mobilisation of complex inservice support contracts in line with BAE Air Sector governance
  • Tracking of programme approvals and authorisations that facilitate funding requests
  • Continuing the drive to improve cost control discipline (demonstrable measures)
  • Support the SSS Eurofighter Integration Manager based in Munich
  • Leading on the establishment and refinement of the monthly performance reporting, including responsibility for producing a timely, standard, consistent reporting cycle
  • Development of a Quality Improvement/Customer satisfaction plan and measures of success

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across organisational boundaries at all levels of the organisation, integrating, prioritising, managing conflict and solving problems as appropriate
  • Ability to develop and manage performance measures of various outputs
  • CAM training and/or an understanding of control account management
  • Life Cycle Management (Support aspects)

Desirable:

  • Experience of Execution and Closure of the LCM lifecycles
  • Understanding of PM governance
  • Experience of working in middle eastern markets
  • APM qualification (or equivalent)

The SSS Intergration Team:


Working across the UK Prime Contract Office and Control Account Managers, ensuring programme requirements are planned, discharged, and monitored through to completion and contract closure.

Flexibility for travelling to Saudi with the team

Supporting the smooth integration of the SSS programme between KSA and UK teams, and also the integration between the Support and Capability teams
