What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining and coordinating Contract team/CAM performance integration
  • Management of all KSA Typhoon Support change activities through the UK/European organisations
  • Representing the Contract team in SSS programme and CSR meetings/discussions
  • Burndown of legacy deliverables across all UK Major Work Elements
  • Tracking of programme approvals and authorisations that facilitate funding requests.
  • Continuing the drive to improve cost control discipline (demonstrable measures)
  • Management of a >£10m change budget with variable throughput and support to margin challenges across the SSS portfolio
  • Development of a Quality Improvement/Customer satisfaction plan and measures of success

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across organisational boundaries at all levels of the organisation, integrating, prioritising, managing conflict and solving problems as appropriate
  • Ability to develop and manage performance measures of various outputs
  • CAM training and/or an understanding of control account management
  • Life Cycle Management (Support aspects)

Desirable:

  • Experience of project closure phase
  • Understanding of PM governance
  • Understanding of Systems middle eastern markets
  • APM qualification (or equivalent)

The SSS Delivery Team:


Working across the UK Project Control Office and SSS-funded CAMs, ensuring programme requirements are planned, discharged, and monitored through to completion and contract closure.

Flexibility for travelling to Saudi with the team

Supporting the smooth integration of the SSS programme between KSA and UK teams, and also the integration between the LOA2 and LOA8 teams

Embedding a culture of business execution in everything we do - driving demonstrable measures of progress and ensuring a high quality, consistent level of performance management
