**Role Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the council’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service co-ordinating the SEND System Project; implementing a new integrated Case Management System for Education, Health and Care Plans and leading on project support for data quality, testing and training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the extraction, verification and update of data held in the current system in anticipation of migration to the new system including all children and young people’s case files across education, health and social care.
- Lead on mapping the data process between the two systems to ensure successful data migration, highlighting errors and taking appropriate action to mitigate this or report to others to action.
- Provide day-to-day line management of allocated staff, including recruitment, appraisal and development, conflict resolution, etc

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

- Experience of collating, manipulating and interpreting data, particularly within Excel and databases
- Ability to concentrate on accuracy and analysis, with an eye for detail on tasks which could be repetitive
