**Role Overview**:

**Job Purpose**:
To provide project and organisational support to the SEND Team, analysing and interpreting different data to use in project planning and delivery, plus undertaking co-ordinating and monitoring activities relating to the work of the SEND team. This could be across more than one project or programme.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support the SEND Finance & Admin Manager and SEND Team Manager in the processes relating to Children or Young People with SEND where they are undergoing an Education Health and Care Plan Needs Assessment, have an Education, Health and Care Plan or where they are referred to the SEND Team.
- To provide Project coordination and set up of the DfE Change Partnership Programme (CPP) and Delivering Better Values (DBV) Project
- Coordination of the Alternative Provision Framework and Central Register
- Line management of SEND Support Officers
- Development of tailored lists and ongoing data dashboards
- Management of administration process around the standardised EHCP template

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

- The ability and experience to analyse and interpret data and present it effectively to various audiences to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively advise and support senior officers, with confidence to challenge where appropriate based on evidence.
- Excellent organisational skills will be needed to agree, develop and manage the provision of appropriate business intelligence; ensuring managers have access to appropriate and timely information about their service and Oldham.
