**Care Assistants Needed at Anthony Healthcare Ltd**
Anthony Healthcare Ltd, one of the leading nursing agencies in the region, is actively seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Care Assistants to be part of our esteemed team in Corby.
**Position: Care Assistant**
**Location: Wellingborough areas**
**Type: Flexible hours, with part-time opportunities available.**
**Salary**: From £11

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide person-centered care to residents ensuring their comfort and well-being.
2. Assist residents with daily personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
3. Actively participate in engaging residents through social activities, exercises, and other recreational activities.
4. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential resident records.
5. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for our residents.
6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company protocols.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in a care setting is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for caring and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Right to work in the UK.
- One year UK experience
- DBS clearance.
