LTH Charity family supports clinical excellence, research and outstanding care across a range of services at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, which includes Royal Preston Hospital, Chorley District Hospital as well as the Specialist Mobility Rehabilitation Centre based at Preston Business Centre.

This is a 12 month temporary contract.

The main responsibilities are supporting the charity fundraising teams with the delivery of the Income Generation strategy from a wide range of fundraising areas. You will be required to spend time across various income streams, supporting key community campaigns and events, as well as digital fundraising and stewarding our growing supporter base. This will give a breadth of experience across multiple areas of fundraising and communications.

We have 9000 fantastic people working hard to deliver quality services to our patients. Whatever your role, you help look after 370,000 people in our local area & give specialist care to 1.5 million people across Lancashire & Cumbria.

- Ensure that all data inputted to the supporter database is stored accurately and safely and updated in a timely manner, ensure duplicate records are removed, data errors are corrected and unsubscribe requests and marketing preferences are processed
- Ensure compliance with data protection guidelines, GDPR and corporate policy
- Maintaining effective community supporter relationships, including managing regular updates, seeking and listening to feedback, and responding to queries
- Building relationships with community volunteer fundraisers,

ensuring they are supported before, during and after their fundraising activity
- Support with the planning and delivery of community fundraising campaigns and attend events and challenges to support on the day with activities such as welcoming participants, selling raffle tickets, selling merchandise and other general on the day events support
- Upload all event participation data to the supporter database and collate and distribute event fundraising packs and pre-event communications
