The **Adult Skills and Family Learning Service** have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a fixed term basis.

We are an engaged, proactive, forward thinking and supportive team that provides over 6,000 training places to adults each year. The position supports the planning, delivery and reporting requirements of the new **Multiply Programme**, in response to the **Department for Education’s** requirements as well as identified priorities across **Lincolnshire.**

**About the Role**:
The role of **Project Support Officer** is varied and will support the team in the delivery and management of the **Multiply Programme**. This will include administration around the annual **Call for Projects** and subsequent grant funding paperwork distribution, team finances and management information, funding claims, supporting partnership monitoring relationship management, and co-ordination of, and attendance at events and meetings.

The** Project Support Officer** is central to the **Adult Skills and Family Learning Service**, providing support to all aspects of the team, including **Multiply Numeracy Programme,** and any reactive delivery as a response to instruction from the **Department for Education and Ofsted.**

There will be some attendance at events and meetings so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous. Office base for this position is **Sleaford** with the expectation to be in the office 1 day a week and in addition to this to meet the requirements of the service.

**About you**:
We are looking for a** team player** able to** **provide a professional point of contact to external learning providers, data providers, contract managers and other stakeholders. You will be **responsible** for supporting **Project Officers** on **Multiply Programmes** and associated projects, working effectively to support service delivery in accordance with their agreed delivery plans, timescales, quality and performance targets.

You will be a **strong communicator** confident in collating and preparing information in a variety of formats producing good quality reports that are clear and well presented.

You will be **well organised** capable of managing **multiple projects** with conflicting deadlines successfully monitoring the progress of contracts, providing information and taking action as appropriate.
