Jasmine is a privately owned group, which currently operates six care homes for the elderly across the East Midlands, with significant expansion plans in line with our mission:

Day to Day Responsibilities_**
All ordering and administration of maintenance requirements for all our homes
Accountability for completion and reviewing of monthly in-house maintenance checks and external third party checks
Manage the maintenance budget and continually identify cost savings
Ensure all refurbishment requirements for the homes are prioritised
Co-ordinate projects ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes
Co-ordinate completion of Health & Safety related action plans in response to external risk assessments and ensure internal risk assessments are completed when required

Essential Requirements_**
- Two years experience in working in a high volume, fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent oral communication skills (including on the telephone)
- Ability to follow processes
- Excellent time management skills and be used to working to deadlines
- Experience of project administration
- Must live within a 25 minute drive of the Jasmine Support Hub

Preferred Requirements_**
Two year's experience of specifically administering maintenance activities
Two year's experience of co-ordinating projects
One year's experience of ensuring the compliance of Health & Safety regulations
One year's experience of managing people
