The purpose of this role is to drive the uptake of a Government Voucher scheme in eligible areas that Gigaclear is committed to building and delivering our Ultrafast Fibre Broadband. The role will be field based and require travel throughout the prospecting area in a door-to-door capacity, speaking directly to our customers and encouraging participation in the Government Voucher Scheme - this is not selling but requesting potential and existing customers to register with the scheme, ultimately benefiting their and local communities.
The Government is providing up to £210m worth of voucher funding as immediate help for people experiencing slow broadband speeds in rural areas. Vouchers worth up to £1,500 for homes and £3,500 for businesses help to cover the costs of installing gigabit broadband to people's doorsteps.
**Key Accountability & Responsibilities**
- Emphasis on capturing legal consent to use as part of the Government Voucher submissions ( full training given)
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the Scheme are explained and understood by the prospect (full training given)
- Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every customer interaction
- Assist in the validation exercise after prospect and consent has been gathered
- Demonstrate proficiency in using our Salesforce CRM tool (training provided)
- Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues to drive results

- Ability to build rapport with new people quickly
- Negotiation skills
- Confident communicator
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK driving license.
